Javier Campos - CEO
Javier Campos, CEO, Husband and proud father of 5 has been leading Elite Shutters & Shadings since July 2023. He found his way to the role through the company's acquisition, with over 27yrs of experience in the flooring industry and operations he will help enhance its future growth.

Mike Lencioni - Founder
Mike Lencioni embarked on his journey in the window covering industry in 1977, initially as a contract installer for renowned retailers such as JC Penney and Sears. Faced with recurring design errors, he recognized an opportunity for improvement. In 1998, a client's suggestion led him to establish MLI Shutters, commencing as a one-man operation from his home. As demand surged, the company expanded, opening its first retail location in 2002.
By 2008, MLI Shutters had become a prominent dealer, prompting a move to Manteca. Strategic partnerships, including one with Gary Crannell in 2010, propelled the company's growth, securing prestigious projects with KB Home by 2011. By 2013, a second location in Livermore underscored the company's expansion. In 2016, rebranded as Elite Shutters and Shadings, the company solidified its identity while opening a third location in Elk Grove.
Elite emerged as one of the nation's premier dealers of Hunter Douglas products, distinguished by its triple verification system and unwavering commitment to "Honesty, Integrity, Quality, and Value."
Gary Crannell - Founder
Gary Crannell spent over a decade as an integral part of Elite Shutters & Shadings, retiring in July 2023 after twelve years of dedicated service. Joining the team in 2011, Gary quickly found himself immersed in the company's operations. Mike Lencioni, extended a partnership offer, which Gary graciously accepted, leading to a fruitful collaboration until his retirement.
In his role, Gary spearheaded daily sales activities, adeptly navigating residential and commercial projects, from initial quoting to final bidding. He also took charge of managing builder accounts, showcasing his versatility and commitment to excellence.
Gary believes that Elite offers the opportunity to collaborate with a team of professionals dedicated to their craft. From decorators to customer service representatives and installers. He loves the company's unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction. Marla Sanders - General Manager
